The colours of carnival as expressed through the floats, costumes, and so many other traditions are a prime example of artisans’ talents. To celebrate their creativity and flair, the Malta Crafts Foundation will once again be organising a carnival event at the Ta’ Qali Artisan Village as part of the yearly programme of activities around the islands.
Join us on Saturday, February 3rd from 10:00h to 16:00h for a day packed with entertainment: a marching band, carnival floats, grotesque masks, dance and music performances, clowns and magicians, sweets and carnival treats, face painting, a bouncy castle, as well as artisans in their workshops and in the stalls along the streets!
See you there… and don’t forget your costume!
